Applicants are requested to report for initial
screening at the Human Resource Management Section
not later than February 16, 2006 and submit: (1)
Comprehensive Resume; (2) Diploma, Transcript
of Records or Certificate of Grades; (3) Eligibility;
(4) Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended;
(5) Certificate of Employment/Service Record;
(6) Performance Evaulation, if any; and (7) other
necessary documents.
Late
or incomplete submission of requirements will
not be entertained.
